How we do it
- 01Days 1 – 2
Defining the job
Which pieces, for which channel and with what message. The clearer it is, the faster it goes.
- 02Week 1
First proposal
I show you the main piece. Once that works, the rest follows easily.
- 03Weeks 2 – 3
The remaining pieces
I apply the approved direction to the rest of the material.
- 04Final days
Handover
I check sizes and formats and send you the finished files.
Price and payments
The price is fixed before we start, with the scope in writing, and split into several payments along the way. If halfway through you want to add something unplanned, I quote it separately — it never turns up on the invoice as a surprise.
First payment
At the start
On accepting the quote
It books the dates in my calendar and gets the work going.
Second payment
Halfway
With the main part signed off
Once you've seen and approved the bulk of the work.
Final payment
On delivery
When it's finished
With everything done and checked by you.
Common questions
Yes. If you have a manual, I follow it. If you don't, I take the rules from what you already use so the new pieces sit alongside the old ones.
A poster or a social post can be ready in a few days. A catalogue depends on the number of pages and on the content being ready.
No. What we sign is what you pay. If during the project you ask for something outside the scope, I tell you the cost first and you decide whether it goes in.
The dates get recalculated, at no extra cost. All I ask is that you tell me: I reserve the time in advance, so I can reorganise.
Need material for a campaign?
Tell me which pieces and by when. I'll send you a quote and realistic dates.
