What's included
In the price
Designing the flow
What triggers it, what it does and what happens if something goes wrong.
Setup and connection
Built and connected to the tools you already use.
Testing with real data
Before switching it on we check it does exactly what it should.
Alerts on failure
If something breaks, an alert fires instead of failing silently.
Training for your team
A session so they know what's been automated and what to do if it fails.
What isn't
Quoted separately
Third-party licences
If a flow needs a paid tool, you hire it. I'll tell you which and how much.
Automating chaos
If a process is broken, it has to be fixed first. Automating it multiplies the problem.
Indefinite monitoring
I deliver it working and under warranty; ongoing supervision is separate.
What you get
01
The flows running
Built, tested and working in your day-to-day.
02
Documentation
What each automation does, when it runs and who to tell if it fails.
03
Training session
An hour with your team so they can live with the new setup.
How we do it
- 01Week 1
Defining the flow
We close exactly what gets automated and what should happen in every odd case.
- 02Weeks 2 – 4
Building
I build the automation and test it in a separate environment.
- 03Week 5
Real testing
We run it alongside the manual process to compare results.
- 04Week 6
Switching on
We put it live properly and watch the first few weeks.
Price and payments
The price is fixed before we start, with the scope in writing, and split into several payments along the way. If halfway through you want to add something unplanned, I quote it separately — it never turns up on the invoice as a surprise.
First payment
At the start
On accepting the quote
It books the dates in my calendar and gets the work going.
Second payment
Halfway
With the main part signed off
Once you've seen and approved the bulk of the work.
Final payment
On delivery
When it's finished
With everything done and checked by you.
Common questions
That's not the idea. What I take away are the tasks nobody wants to do, so those hours go to something that does need a person.
At first it runs alongside the manual process precisely to catch that. And they all come with alerts so they never fail silently.
No. What we sign is what you pay. If during the project you ask for something outside the scope, I tell you the cost first and you decide whether it goes in.
The dates get recalculated, at no extra cost. All I ask is that you tell me: I reserve the time in advance, so I can reorganise.
Which task do you repeat every week?
Tell me which one and which tools you work with. I'll tell you if it can be automated and what it would cost.
