What's included
In the price
Feasibility study
I check whether the task suits AI before building anything.
Building the solution
Connected to your tools and tuned to your judgement.
A human checkpoint
Wherever a decision matters, a person reviews it before anything is done.
Accuracy measurement
How often it gets it right is measured, so you know whether it's worth it.
Training for your team
How to use it, when to trust it and when to be sceptical.
What isn't
Quoted separately
The cost of running the AI
Models are paid for by usage to the provider. I give you a monthly estimate beforehand.
Unsupervised decisions
I don't build systems that decide on their own about things with consequences.
A guarantee of perfect accuracy
AI gets things wrong. That's why it's measured and why there's human review.
What you get
01
The solution running
Integrated into your workflow, with its human review point.
02
Results report
How often it's right, how much time it saves and where to keep watching.
03
Usage guide
What to expect from the system and what to do when it gets it wrong.
How we do it
- 01Week 1
Seeing if it makes sense
I test it with real examples of yours. If it doesn't work well, we stop here.
- 02Weeks 2 – 4
Tuning
I refine the system with your cases until it's consistently right.
- 03Weeks 5 – 6
Integration
I connect it to your tools and set up the review point.
- 04Weeks 7 – 8
Supervised trial
It runs under full review for a few weeks, then eases off depending on the results.
Price and payments
The price is fixed before we start, with the scope in writing, and split into several payments along the way. If halfway through you want to add something unplanned, I quote it separately — it never turns up on the invoice as a surprise.
First payment
At the start
On accepting the quote
It books the dates in my calendar and gets the work going.
Second payment
Halfway
With the main part signed off
Once you've seen and approved the bulk of the work.
Final payment
On delivery
When it's finished
With everything done and checked by you.
Common questions
It depends on the task. For sorting, summarising or drafting it works very well. For decisions with consequences, always with a person reviewing. And before building anything I test it with your data.
Not if it's set up properly. I use services that don't reuse your data, and only the minimum needed for the task gets sent.
No. What we sign is what you pay. If during the project you ask for something outside the scope, I tell you the cost first and you decide whether it goes in.
The dates get recalculated, at no extra cost. All I ask is that you tell me: I reserve the time in advance, so I can reorganise.
Got repetitive work that doesn't follow fixed rules?
Tell me about the task. I'll run a test with your own examples and tell you whether AI gets it right often enough.
