What's included
In the price
Continuous availability
You write whenever the question comes up, without a quote each time.
Regular meeting
A video call each month to go over where things stand and what's coming.
Review of proposals
Any technical quote that reaches you, I look at it and tell you what I think.
Judgement on decisions
I'm there when the decision is made, not only once everything is built.
What isn't
Quoted separately
Doing the work
Here I advise. If you also want me to build, that's quoted separately.
Managing your suppliers
I give you the criteria to deal with them, but I don't coordinate their work.
Immediate availability
I answer during working hours. For out-of-hours emergencies, that has to be agreed.
What you get each month
01
Someone to ask
Who knows your project and doesn't have to catch up every time.
02
Minutes of each meeting
What was discussed and decided, in writing, so there's a record.
03
Reviews on demand
Proposals, quotes and technical decisions reviewed whenever you need.

Common questions
It isn't counted in hours but in availability: the regular meeting plus whatever questions come up. If it starts to look like a project's worth of work, I'll say so and we plan it separately.
It's one of the most common cases. I'm not competing with them: I help you understand what they propose and decide with a clear head.
Yes, with reasonable notice and no penalty of any kind. I don't believe in tying anyone down with long contracts.
Whenever you like, in either direction. The change applies to the next invoice.
Making technology decisions with nobody to ask?
Tell me where your project is and we'll see whether having me around each month is worth it.
